Fractions less than a half inch are rounded up to the half inch.
Fractions greater than half an inch are rounded up to the next inch.
Example 1 : 4″ inches + 2.5″ inches = 6.5″ inches
6.5" divided by 2 = 3.25" inches
Rounded up to the next half inch = 3.5″ inch patch size

Example 2 Highway Patrol:
4″ inches + 3.5″ inches = 7.5″ inches

2.5″ inches + 4″ inches = 6.5″ inches
6.5/2= 3.25″ iches
Rounded up to next half = 3.5″ patch size
Choose a border type
Patches are manufactured with either a ‘Cut’ border, as seen on the tiger; a ‘merrowed’ border, shown at the center or ‘Laser cut’ like the Bee.
